Queerstory: An Infographic History of LGBTQ+ Rights

This book with colorful images and infographics chronicles the struggles of people in the queer community for rights — exploring the history that led us to the present struggles and accomplishments. While there have been ups and downs, progress and retrogressive reactionary politics, sometimes a change of perspective is useful in understanding the history and impact of a community. This book takes statistics and events from the past 100 years and places them on timeline — representing history in a way to allow the reader to have a visual schema of the fight for rights for the gayz. It explores key events, important figures and activists in these movements, quotes and campaigns that make up the progression of the course of history.
